Painting with Standard paints, one coat finish

Untreated ceiling/wall panels. Matt finish. Dilute the standard paint of your choice with 10-20% boiled linseed oil. Apply the paint evenly. The paint has such good coverage that it only requires one application. Any excess of linseed oil will be absorbed by the substrate and after one day it will have a matt finish.

This simple treatment is best for tongue and grooved board.
